We’ve been hosting volunteer trips to Israel for
over 20 years. In that time, one thing has become clear: there’s a growing need for people who are willing to do more than just visit and tour Israel. Zion Ops was created for young adults ready to step in, serve, and stand with the land and people of Israel in a tangible way.
If you cringe at the idea of a volunteer program or missions trip that’s more about Instagram photos than hard work, Zion Ops might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Zion Ops team members are responsible for arranging their own travel to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. Once you arrive, our team meets you, and your mission begins. From that point on, transportation, lodging, meals, and all necessary equipment are fully covered. You’ll live and work alongside our team, eating from our on-site kitchen and staying at our volunteer base on the Mount of Blessing in central Israel. Accommodations are simple—hostel-style—but comfortable, with everything you need.
Expect daily life with Zion Ops to be grounded in the faith that originally brought us to serve in Israel. Our team is made up of passionate Christians who are committed to serving and blessing the Jewish people. Each day includes time as a team for worship, prayer, and forging friendships with other young adults who share a similar vision.
Be forewarned—this isn’t for everyone. There’s a rigorous interview process, and not every applicant is accepted. But if you’re resilient, physically fit, passionate about Israel, and ready to work hard, grow, and serve alongside others, we invite you to apply for a Zion Ops mission.
