CHRISTIANS AIRLIFTING EMERGENCY SUPPLIES TO ISRAEL

Operation Ittai

Thanks to your generosity and commitment, Operation Ittai was successfully completed over the course of 16 months from October 2023 to January 2025.
Together, we have answered the call to stand with Israel, providing critical supplies and equipment to those in need. With your help, we raised over $3.85 million—an incredible show of solidarity that has already made a significant impact in strengthening the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria during one of the most challenging times in Israel’s history.
Even so, many communities in Israel are still recovering from the devastating effects of the ongoing war, and there remains a tremendous need for support on the ground. We encourage you to redirect your donations to our ongoing Israel Guys projects—where your contributions will directly aid in supporting families, small farms, and communities through volunteer work.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Get to know the story behind Operation Ittai

Operation Ittai was launched in response to the devastating attacks of October 7, 2023, with a clear mission: to help equip and defend vulnerable Jewish communities throughout Judea and Samaria. As Israel faced ongoing threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Yemen, and other hostile forces, the need for practical security support became urgent, especially in Israel’s biblical heartland, where more than 500,000 Jewish people live in over 200 communities.

Many of these families live near areas where terrorist groups and hostile actors continue to operate, while Israel’s military and security forces have been stretched thin by war on multiple fronts. Through Operation Ittai, supporters from around the world helped provide critical supplies directly to the people who needed them most, including protective vests, helmets, drones, night vision goggles, food, and other essential security gear.

Together, more than $3.85 million was raised, making it possible to strengthen the defense of communities across Judea and Samaria and bring tangible help during a time of crisis. While Operation Ittai is complete, the work on the ground is not over. Those who want to continue standing with Israel can still give to support volunteers who are helping on the ground in Israel right now and supporting the farmers, families, and communities who continue to face real needs every day.

Operation Ittai may be complete for now, but the need to stand with Israel’s biblical heartland remains.

BEHIND THE NAME

Who was Ittai in the Bible?

In 2 Samuel chapter 15, we read that David and all of Israel were attacked by Absalom. Ittai was a man from Gath (modern-day Gaza) who had arrived in Israel only the day before!

David told Ittai:

“Why should you come along with us? Go back and stay with King Absalom. You are a foreigner, an exile from your homeland. You came only yesterday. And today shall I make you wander about with us, when I do not know where I am going? Go back, and take your people with you. May the Lord show you kindness and faithfulness.”

Instead of fleeing from Israel and saving himself, Ittai responded to King David:

“As surely as the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king may be, whether it means life or death, there will your servant be.”

Ironically, Ittai was from the same town where Goliath came from! Goliath was a man from the nations who chose to attack Israel. Ittai was also from the nations, but he chose to stay with King David and stand with Israel in their time of need.

The war that started on October 7, 2023 has been Israel’s worst crisis since their founding in 1948. This project was established to allow people around the world to be an “Ittai” and stand with Israel in their time of need.
